Q. I am having problems accessing my Microsoft volume licence keys. Can you help?

In order to access the Volume Licensing Service Centre you need to have a Microsoft passport (Windows Live ID) . If you don’t have one than you can create one one by clicking here. You can choose to use your own email address if you would like. Once you have created your Windows Live ID you can use it to access the  Volume  Licence Service Centre.   Simply follow the prompts to get your volume licence keys vlk’s.

Alternatively you may be able to access your vlk’s by calling Microsoft activation centre on 1800 642 008. Please choose option 4 as you are a volume licence customer then option 2 to speak to a customer service representative who will assist you.

You will need to quote your licence and authorisation numbers from your Open Licence Confirmation email when you speak to the activation centre staff who will verify your details before assisting you to access your keys.

You will also need to call this number for any future issues or problems you have in trying to access/activate your licence keys as we only facilitate the donation process of your media
