Cisco orders being accepted until 22 December
|
|
Cisco have just allocated the DonorTec program more budget to accept Cisco donation requests until December 22. This means you will no longer need to wait until February to place your Cisco donation requests. Those of you who missed out on Cisco products when they opened in November, please log in now to place your orders!
Be quick as we have already used more than half of this extra allocation and this extra budget must be used before December 22. Please ensure you are aware of Cisco’s eligibility requirements which have recently changed. Those wishing to take advantage of this offer must place, pay and return a Cisco donations agreement to DonorTec before December 22.
Cisco Donations agreements will be sent within 48 hours of an order being placed and paid. Cisco products sourced by Australian nonprofits through DonorTec are very popular due to the quality that Cisco is renowned for and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Cisco Systems for making this extra budget allocation available to eligible Australian nonprofits during this time.

A Jpeg is worth 1000 words
|
|
Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter our most recent competition, a Jpeg is worth 1000 words. We have been overwhelmed by the volume and quantity of entries and this has made choosing a winner near impossible. We are pleased to announce the winners are Debbie Hartley from RSPCA ACT for Belle the Possum and Gavan White from Legacy for his entry of Donna and her baby.
Not only will suitable entries be highlighted on DonorTec’s new Facebook Fan page, the two winners have also won their choice of a wireless mouse and keyboard set or a wireless headset. Make sure you become a fan today!
The spirit and dedication of nonprofit employees and volunteers alike illustrated in the images we have received has been nothing short of inspiring, which is why we have created 2 You Tube movies from the images we have received as a tribute to the nonprofit organisations that are doing great work around Australia. Thank you DonorTec members!

Hours of operation
The DonorTec team would like to take this opportunity to advise that customer support will not be available from 24 December 2009 and we will resume operations 4 January 2009. Please note that we will not be submitting orders to our corporate donors during this period so donation recipients should expect some delays. All other facets of the site will be operational during this time. We would also like to extend our gratitude to you, the supporters of the program, and wish you a safe and happy Christmas period.
Your questions answered
Can you please help me to make sense of the instructions I have been given to access the volume licence keys I need from my Microsoft Open Licence Confirmation email?
Microsoft has recently put in place a new system to access Volume license keys. Currently we are gathering more information on this new system from Microsoft and we will provide more resources to be accessed through our web site as we are updated on the new process.
Currently the fastest and most efficient way for you to access your licence keys is to call the Microsoft Activation Centre on 1800 642 008 ready to quote your licence and authorisation numbers from your Open Licence Confirmation email. You will need to select option 3 when you call this number as you are a volume licensing customer.
Are you registered with DonorTec?
You have received this important update because you are on our mailing list but have you checked to see whether or not your nonprofit is registered to place donation and discount requests via DonorTec?
We don’t want you to miss out on products and services from companies like Microsoft, Symantec, Sophos and Cisco so if you have any queries contact us or simply register now.
