Your questions answered

Q. How often and how much can I order from each of your partners?

A. Before you place any order through DonorTec, please make sure you are aware of the ordering guidelines for each of our partners.

Q. Why is it that my organisation is qualified for DonorTec but I can't order a particular product?

A. It is possible for an organisation to meet the program eligibility criteria but still not be eligible for certain discount and donation partners.

This could happen if the organisation does not fall within eligibility guidelines stipulated by the relevant partner that is donating the products.

It is a good idea to check the eligibility requirements for the products that you want to request before you begin the registration process. Please click here to see the eligibility guidelines for each of our partners.
