DonorTec Competition for Orders Placed Before 18 April 2008

The Most Popular Cisco Products Donated in 2007

In early 2007 DonorTec launched the software and hardware donations program, our first Donor Partner being Cisco Systems. Fifteen months on, DonorTec with the kind support of Cisco has donated Cisco hardware to over 140 eligible organisations. We have found the most popular Cisco product ordered via the DonorTec Program to be the Cisco 24 Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch. These switches are providing an increasing number of organisations with greater network performance, power over Ethernet capability and increased network security. DonorTec has also utilised the donations program to procure a Cisco 24 Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch and has since noticed a sharp increase in our network speed, which includes the speed of moving files from our server to our desktop and vise versa, increased internet speeds. We have even noticed better voice clarity in our VOIP(Voice Over Internet Protocal) phone system.

Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Standard Edition DVD (Includes Software Assurance) is a suite of programs that includes Microsoft Word 2008, a full-featured word processor; Microsoft Excel 2008, a spreadsheet program; Microsoft PowerPoint 2008, a presentation program; and Microsoft Entourage 2008, a mail and personal information manager.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2008 for Mac (Includes Software Assurance) is a tool for designing, preparing, presenting, and publishing slide shows and presentations. PowerPoint 2008 can be used as a standalone product or in conjunction with other Office 2008 for Mac products.
