Your questions answered

How do I access my Volume Licence Keys that I have purchased through DonorTec?

Shortly after your invoice has been paid you should receive a Microsoft Open Licence Confirmation email. If you follow the instructions to retrieve your Microsoft Volume Licence Keys from the Microsoft e-Open Licence Confirmation email but the key you need is not displayed on your Product Keys Page, please click here which contains screenshots of all pages you should see if the instructions are followed.

With regards to Client Access Licenses CALs no physical media will be sent nor will you see a volume licence key when logged in to your e-Open account. To access these CALs you need to call The Microsoft Activation Centre on 1800 642 008 ready to quote your licensing and authorisation numbers from your Microsoft Open Licence Confirmation email. Similarly if the volume licence keys are still not displayed for an ordered product you know requires a licence key please call the Microsoft Activation Centre.

To see if your products require a licence key please  click here

Why don’t the number of Microsoft products I ordered equal the number of disks I have received?

You should only ever receive one media kit for each title you have ordered. The volume licence keys you access from following the instructions in the Microsoft Open Licence Confirmation Email that is sent to your organisation’s registered email address will allow you to go about licensing your ordered products.

For example if you have ordered 5 licences of Office Professional Plus 2007 you will be able to install the same media kit on 5 different computers entering the same volume licence key when prompted.
