lot of time is spent by DonorTec staff promoting our donations program
to nonprofit organisations around the country. Unfortunately this means
we do not often see how your organisations impact the community at
large.
We would like to
prove the theory that pictures truly are worth a thousand words. If
your organisation helps people to realise their potential,
changes lives, positively impacts the environment or simply
performs a valuable service in the community then maybe this

Microsoft
misconceptions
We have
received thousands of donation requests for Microsoft products since
the beginning of 2007 when DonorTec commenced operations. In this time
our members have learnt a lot about ordering guidelines and for many of
our repeat clients the ordering process is now very smooth.
However there are still some commonly held misconceptions about
Microsoft that we would like to rectify. If you would like to ensure

How do I pay for the order I
placed with DonorTec?
1. Log in then click on “My Orders”.
2. Follow the prompts until you reach “Place
your Order” and reach the PayPal Page.
3. After you have entered the details on the
“Pay with credit card or log in” page, the next screen
should ask you to “Review Your Payment”.
4. You will then need to click on the orange link to
pay your account.
5. You will then be taken to a screen that will thank
you for your payment and provide you with a receipt ID.
6. At this stage the workflow will update to
“Completed” and you have made your payment.
If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to pay by credit card
you may pay by cheque. Please make it payable to:

and post it to

Please attach a copy of your invoice with the
cheque so we so we can associate your order with your payment.
Once we receive the cheque and the payment has cleared we will then
forward your order to our donation partners for delivery.
Australian
nonprofits have continued to support one of our most popular donor
partners. In less than 2 weeks we have extinguished DonorTec’s
global allocation of Cisco budget for the November to January 09/10
quarter. As a result we will be unable to accept any donation requests
until February 2010.
The
consumption of Cisco products in Australia constantly exceeds global
expectations and is a direct reflection of the quality and support
Cisco provides. DonorTec would like to thank Cisco for their generosity
that has so far saved the sector approximately $3 million in retail
value since the inception of their donations program in 2007.
