This Microsoft Small Business Server Single Premium Add-on Device Client Access Licence (CAL) permits one device (such as a computer or mobile phone - used by any user) to access all the services and technologies of Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 Premium Add-on.

Microsoft Small Business Server Premium Add-on Device CALs are most effective when several employees use the same device to access the server, such as for rotating shifts in a call center. Microsoft Small Business Server Premium Add-on User CALs are also available. With  Microsoft Small Business Server Premium Add-on User CALs, licensed users can access the server from any device.

This Microsoft Small Business Server Premium Add-on Device CAL is required only if a device needs access to the applications included in Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 Premium Add-on.

This Microsoft Small Business Server Premium Add-on Device CAL can also be used in place of a premium device CAL for Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 Premium Edition.
