Microsoft Exchange Server User CAL - Enterprise (Includes Software Assurance)

This Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise User Client Access Licence (CAL) can be used only in conjunction with a  Microsoft Exchange Server Standard User CAL. It allows one user to access certain Microsoft Exchange Server features on any number of computers or other devices (for example, when an employee accesses the server from a computer at work and another at home).

The features licenced through the Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise User CAL include:

Caution: This CAL does not provide access to Microsoft hosted services — Microsoft Forefront Online Protection for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Forefront Protection 2010 for Microsoft Exchange Server.

This CAL works with Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Standard and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Enterprise as well as previous versions of Microsoft Exchange Server.

Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise Device CALs are also available. A Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise Device CAL authorises one computer to access Microsoft Exchange Server's additional features, regardless of the number of users (for example, on a shared workstation).
