  1. Cisco orders are again being accepted.
  2. The fulfilment time for Cisco product donation requests has been shortened from 20 weeks to 8 weeks.
  3. YMCA’s and YWCA's are now eligible to place Cisco donation requests
  4. The eligibility cap for Cisco donations has been lifted from Au$8.5 million to Au$11.5 million
  5. The maximum administration fee per order has been lifted from Au$1,200 to Au$2,200
  6. Cisco has introduced 17 new products to the DonorTec catalogue as outlined below
