How do I access my Volume Licence Keys for the Microsoft products I have received via DonorTec?
To receive your volume licence keys (vlks) you will need to go to Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Centre (VLSC) https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/Home.aspx

In order to access the VLSC you need to have a Microsoft passport (Windows Live ID) . Your login details to access your DonorTec account are in no way associated to the login details you require for the VLSC.

What you can do if you experience difficulties activating your products
There is an FAQ section on the VLSC website that may assist you in troubleshooting any issues that arise when trying to access your vlks https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/help/faqdetails.aspx?id=170
If you experience difficulties in accessing your vlks via the VLSC after reading our Volume Licensing information and checking Microsoft's FAQ section you will need to call VLSC support directly on 02 8223 9202 then select option 1.
If you have accessed your vlks but experience difficulties in activating your products or you would like to access your vlks over the phone you may call the Microsoft Activation Centre on 1800 642 008 select option 4 as you are a volume licence customer then option 2 to speak to a customer service representative.
Please be ready to quote your licence, order and authorisation numbers from your Open Licence Confirmation email. You may also need to call the Microsoft Activation Centre number to access Client Access Licenses (CALs) you have ordered where you have not received any physical media.
Please note that as we facilitate the donation process of your media and Open Licence Confirmation email that contains your licence and authorisation numbers to help you gain access to the VLSC, we are unable to provide assistance with the activation of your products through the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Centre.
