When can I expect to receive my order?
We process and ship orders after we have received payment
Important: Products from the following donor partners are subject to special processing, and thus may take several weeks to ship:

Cisco |
Cisco orders are not sent directly from DonorTec and may take up to 12 weeks from the date we receive payment. |

Microsoft |
Microsoft orders are not housed in Australia and are sent directly from Singapore. Shipment usually takes around 10 to 14 working days but can take up to 28 days from receipt of payment if a product is on back order |

Bytes of learning |
May take up to 10 days to provide you the license key and the download link by email from the date we receive payment |

Flickr |
May take up to 10 days to provide you the gift code and Instructions to activate your Flickr account by email from the date we receive payment |

Symantec Enterprise |
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time for licence requests is up to 21 days. DonorTec will send an email to your organisation email address containing download instructions. Symantec will send a second email within 7 to 10 days with a certificate valid for a user licence and the serial number needed for downloading. |
