How do I get the CALs I ordered that aren't listed on my Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Centre account?

You will need to call the Microsoft Activation Centre on 1800 642 008 select option 4 as you are a volume licence customer then option 2 to speak to a customer service representative. Please be ready to quote your licence, order and authorisation numbers from your Open Licence Confirmation email.

You will be emailed the relevant keys by Microsoft directly.
