Cisco Donation Program
The Cisco Worldwide Program brings Cisco's best-in-class networking products and technology to qualifying non-profit organisations.
It is Cisco's goal to empower communities through improved networking solutions and adoption of Internet Technology solutions. Cisco believes that technology enables nonprofits to improve their productivity, while also extending their reach and service delivery.
The Cisco Donation Program has aligned its product donations with Cisco’s giving philosophy which focuses on building strong and productive global communities in which every individual has the means to live, the opportunity to learn, and the chance to give back.
Nonprofits that focus on basic human need services such as affordable housing and supplying goods and services to the poor are eligible providing they meet other participation guidelines as outlined in the Cisco eligibility requirements.
Orders that have been placed and paid for will take precedence over an order for Cisco products that remains unpaid. Whenever possible, outstanding requests to eligible organisations will be fulfilled in the next quarter.
Orders may be partially fulfilled: Due to the nature of the network design, product availability, and fiscal year schedules, all product donations are subject to change or delay without notice. Cisco reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent products — either new or refurbished — for any request or order.
Note that all donation recipients will still receive five years of Cisco SMARTnet product service and support at no additional cost (Linksys products not included). For more details, see the SMARTnet FAQ.
